Listening to an interview of, like, someone and they, like, can't speak a sentence without, like, putting in words that, like, don't belong in the sentence.
Let me tell you how to combat the lessons the instructors did not teach the children...and they are children that have, like, no idea how to, like, communicate, like, you know?
If you or someone you know, like, does this, like, bring it to their attention, or for yourself, like, think about what you are actually saying and, like, how you want your message to be perceived. Like, be thoughtful in this. If your friend cares they will want to become like;) better communicators. Count out loud during a conversation, like, how many times someone says it. It's irritating and will be fixed in, like, a day.
Adding words to a sentence where they don't belong retards your message, hopefully not this time though.
