Lend a Hand

Lent is Ash Wednesday to Easter Sunday...

There seems to have been some lines crossed in the teaching of the Word; if you believe in the New Covenant let me explain...because the world would be better if taught correctly. This is the time for the giant food drive;)...let me help you see it through the light of truth. Lent is when some of you give up caffeine, or alcohol ...or what ever...you can do that too but this is the way it was taught to me...

We were told to sacrifice something...not give up but sacrifice something of value and give it to others. We were to give the best to those in need. You are not supposed to sacrifice something for your self...you are supposed to sacrifice something of you.... you are meant to sacrifice something of value and give it to another...from you. That is the teaching of Christ's sacrifice. He died for the betterment of man kind to make the world a better place. You in turn in the teaching are meant to sacrifice and give to those in need....to make the world a better place. It's something small but can be great to another. People were hungry and Jesus fed them...Not only did he feed them fish he fed them hope for a better future.....if you want a better future there is a price to pay, a sacrifice...when you take care of your brother the world will be better.  

To nourish a neighbor in need is to lend a hand. Isn't that what you were taught?...that Jesus lent his life to you for you to have a better future. It's a way of life that feeds others, their bodies, souls and spirits

Eat this knowledge like nourishment for your soul, the soul of the Earth, for when you allow the teachings in your life you make the world better, even if you don't believe...it's a good way to live your life, for the now and the future. 

Lent means Spring Season.  

Pray, fast, do those too if you wish but those are not actions to help others, that is the true lesson.
