Random people are being targeted by strangers for no reason other to kill and maim.

Every day normal people go about their business of crossing t’s and dotting eyes making sure not to make a sound of what they see all around.
Civil war is an odd thing when you are deep within as invaders you find were bused in by the nines. Tax dollars captured and then sent to wage war on civilians that were the only ones that paid.
