If you don't like my political posts...read this.

I post many political post. I lose 'friends' over my posts...ok obviously they weren't my friends.

You might wonder why I post?
Why I care so much about politics?
Why I care about policy?
...because so many people don't care.
...because so many people don't 'get it'.
...because so many people think they understand...but really don't.

As an American I believe in the future. However over the past 100 years our future has eroded by means of politics and policy.

  1. Slavery is a legal or economic system under which people are treated as property. Though laws and systems vary, as property, enslaved persons, referred to as "slaves", may be bought and sold.
States school lunch programs? They have become slaves to the federal mandates...but only if they take money from the federal government. Do you understand what I'm saying? Do you understand the use of the word...slavery?!
..."I gave you money for your school system and you accepted it...so you can only have one mayo packet because I don't think you or your parents are smart enough to know what is good for you...I do."
I thought we abolished slavery?
Control.

Common Core standards? Do a massive amount of research and learn the truth. All states that adopted it received federal money (money they took from tax payers). What will the end result of common core be? (Do your own research...and be scared.) It leaves every one of our children on an even playing field..ya know...we have to be fair. It leaves our 12th graders with a 9th grade education.
Why would our government want to do that?
I thought we abolished slavery?
Control.

School Choice? What's wrong with backing parents being allowed to put their children into schools they see as the best for their children? homeschooling...H to the double L no. You can't possibly be smart enough to know how to do that. (I'm not...but some of you are.)
Our government is against this...why?
Control.

Welfare is awesome? Yeah...it's aight. There is a need for it...but when it becomes a way of life and the only way to get food you have the government controlling you...
Section 8 housing? ...waaaaait...that means you can only live in a government approved housing.
Why would you want that?
I thought we abolished slavery?
Control.

ObamaCare...You have free health insurance? Are you sure it's free? Really? It's free?
Two points...
If it's free for you, that money came out of someone else's pocket. Period. Stop.
The government did not earn that money...the government doesn't earn money...it takes it from other people so it can...make things fair? (nah)...
In turn I worry how I'm going to pay rent...or my hair stylist whose Insurance bill via ObamaCare is over a $1000.00 a month. But wait...that's not all...they have to pay the $7500.00 deductible out of pocket first. Do you have $7500.00 extra? Ah..but what about subsidies? Subsides?! By all the Gods...THAT"S MY MONEY!!! ...but wait there's more...if you don't register with our great and all mighty tax agency...you are gonna be in a tad bit of trouble.
#abolishtheIRS
Second point...The government decides what hospital, doctor you can use or even work they will subsidize...
I thought we abolished slavery?
Control.
(We needed healthcare reform...not a program where all responsible people were thrown into two different shark tanks at the same time...shark tanks= Insurance companies and the IRS.)

You might not appreciate my use of the word, slavery. If you do you need to Politically correct yourself off this blog and read some history books. You might learn something.

What does the progressive agenda want?
Is it to make your life better?
To provide food for you?
Provide healthcare for you?
Provide the best education?

Do you want to discuss regulations on businesses/industry?

I'll take one industry...Coal...because we all use it and need it.
Our government has added more and more regulations on coal. so much so our coal plants are shutting down...with more regulations to come...no lie.
Do you like your Prius?
It's so fabulous and you are doing our environment good because it can run on electricity...
Where does your electricity come from?
The majority of it comes fossil fuels...like coal.
When you plug in your precious Prius ...Do you get what I'm saying?
Have you seen your heat/or electricity bill go up? I have.

What does the progressive agenda want?
Control.

Do you not understand what I'm talking about still? Think I'm over the top...
Research communism...
Control.
Progressives are just communists in a mask.

Now...Why would I post this right after our mid-term election?
The American people voted hands down for change but don't realize that the standard, run of the mill, establishment Republicans don't really want change.
They won't over-turn communist Liberal polices
They want to stay in power.
We need to think of 2016...
Not towards establishment Republicans...
Not towards the communist Liberal left.

We need INDEPENDENT.
We need someone that understands where money comes from.
We need someone that understands business.
We need someone that is PRO family...
NOTE...gay or straight... Our candidate needs to know we don't care!!! All we care about the future of our children.
We need someone that stays away from religions. Period. It's the American way.
We need someone that understands the way of other countries...some real internationally polices would be great.
We need someone that understands we are responsible adults and don't need a nanny.

We need someone that will break our bonds and end slavery in America...for the second time.

Just me going off...

I sit here and read the news everyday. I read several versions of the same story so I can get a good perspective and a modicum of truth.
I post political stories so often on my Facebook personal page I get de-friended regularly. I'm probably blocked by half the people I know.
Why do I post political stories?
I post them so we don't continue in this death spiral of marxism, communism, progressivism, fascism or socialism...or whatever name you want to call it.

We are having an immigration problem right now. It's a huge problem. These poor people are coming to the great country of the United States of America for a chance to improve their lives. Some immigrants are going through the proper channels...like many of our ancestors (mine included that came over from Poland).
Do you know what this amnesty bill will do?
It will disenfranchize EVERY immigrant that ever came here to better their lives.

I'm gonna refer to those on the left as progressives which is exactly what they are not. They want to implement programs and regulations that have proven to NOT work. (Italy, Germany, Cuba, North Korea, USSR...)
Control is what they want.
I'm sorry you can't buy a soda that big...it's bad for you.
No, you aren't allowed to change the windows in your house without a permit...you might not know what you are doing and we know what's best. Yes you have to pay for the permit so we can keep this person giving you the permit a government job.
You need to register your car with the state...so we can tax you and give that money to people who don't have any...fuck the roads.

I have an idea...let's destroy the middle class and make everyone equal. Income inequality is the 'new' thing right?
Do you want me to tell you about income inequality?
NORTH KOREA!!!!! Where those in charge have anything and everything they want and the people are starving. That is income inequality.
That is also the direction (I'm being extreme to prove a point) we are heading...we have a ruling class and they wish to control ALL of us.

The Veterans Affairs hospitals and clinics...what a joke...and the saddest of all kinds.
Bureaucracy...it's a death spiral and was a progressive idea. Government jobs for people and if they didn't do their job they couldn't even be fired...did you know the Secretary of the Veterans Affairs was not allowed to fire anyone.
That is where we are headed...the Affordable Care Act...what a joke. It's also not even close to affordable.

Unions..."the workers unions"...It's a semi-marxist idea.

Minimum wage? Example...I'm an artist. I can price things I make any price I want. Do you know what my 'stuff' is worth...only that which the buyer will pay....period.
$15 to flip a burger...guess what...some capitalist, intelligent, entrepreneur and inventor just created a gourmet burger making machine. By, by burger flipping jobs.

Hey, electric car driver....did you hear that Obama's EPA has just issued new guidelines on coal? You might want to do some research and find out where your electricity comes from.

Meanwhile our dear leader is negotiating the terrorists. The war is ending in 2016 according to MSM and Obama. If 10 percent of Muslims are extremists do you think they are gonna give a shit that we stopped the war. Obama is an idiot surrounded by yes men. Sharia Law anyone? Make no excuses for it or the peaceful Islamic faith...peaceful my ass. I wanna see Muslims protest Muslim terrorists.

I'm pissed off by the looters.
I'm pissed off that Eric Holder is a criminal and doesn't up hold the laws we have. If we don't like the laws...we change them.
I'm pissed off because Obama does what ever the fuck he wants...pen and paper and phone?! I thought he studied our Constitution...I think he either skipped those days or failed the class.
I'm pissed of because there is a 'war on women'...hyped up crap by the left.
Race issues? We actually don't have many and the ones we do are created by haters like Al Sharpton.
Hillary Clinton said they were "broke" when they got out of the White House and they were having a hard time getting "mortgages for houses" HOUSES WITH AN S!!! She is so out of touch.
I'm pissed off.

We HAVE to change the direction of our country. The problem is those that see the problem ...well we are reasonable (me being reasonable can be debatable).. and reasonable people think we can do this the easy way by voting.
God willing we can because if we can't..we are in a shit load of trouble.
This is why are forefathers gave us the second amendment.

“How do you tell a Communist? Well, it’s someone who reads Marx and Lenin. And how do you tell an anti-Communist? It’s someone who understands Marx and Lenin.”
― Ronald Reagan

“In a way, the world−view of the Party imposed itself most successfully on people incapable of understanding it. They could be made to accept the most flagrant violations of reality, because they never fully grasped the enormity of what was demanded of them, and were not sufficiently interested in public events to notice what was happening. By lack of understanding they remained sane. They simply swallowed everything, and what they swallowed did them no harm, because it left no residue behind, just as a grain of corn will pass undigested through the body of a bird.”

“In a country where the sole employer is the State, opposition means death by slow starvation. The old principle: who does not work shall not eat, has been replaced by a new one: who does not obey shall not eat.”

REAL ObamaCare Numbers

President Obama came out with the fantastic news on the ACA and, and what he referred to as ObamaCare.

7.1 million people have enrolled.
WaHoooooooo
That is a huge number and we should be proud. (Sarcasm is hard to read.)

Note...These are REAL numbers from the NCPPR (National Center for Public Policy Research)

2/3 (4.7 million) already had insurance and just switched over to a new plan under the ACA.
1/3 (2.4 million) new enrollees. (People that didn't have insurance before.)
Of that 1/3  of new enrollees few than 1/2 of them have not paid their premiums.

Those are real numbers and it totals 7.1 million.

If you subtract those that had insurance already and those that have not paid their premiums the total of people that didn't have insurance before the deadline that are NOW insured is...

Math time!

7.1 million enrolled per President Obama
- 4.7 million previously insured (just switched over)
= only 2.4 million new enrollees (people who didn't have coverage before)
- 1.2 million of new enrollees have not paid their premiums
= 1.2 million people that were not insured before are now insured.

ObamaCare/ACA has actually only signed up 1.2 million people.

Now...I''ll add some more numbers because not to would be unkind and make this an untruth...
Changes to Medicare, Medicaid and allowing youth up to the age of 26 to be on their parents plan within this tax law we can add more numbers...but can we really?

I will anyway with the caveat that at 18 you can join the military and die for The United States Of America. You can also vote...both of those are not for the light hearted.
Responsibility wise you are technically an adult at age 18.
I think it's insulting to those in their early twenties, that written into this law, the Obama administration doesn't think they are responsible to manage their money but can give their life.

4.5 million people were able to enroll in Medicare because of changes in eligibility.
3.1 million 'Youth' (that is hard for me to type) now covered under their parents plan.

More math time!

1.2 million new enrollees.
+ 4.5 million new medicare enrollees
+3.5 million 'youths' covered under parents
= 9.2 million

Now a little wrench thrown in not to spin but for a little slap in the face...
- 6, 286,357 million people that got kicked off their plans because of ObamaCare/ACA
= 2,913,643

Note...we can spin this any way you want, Obama sure did.

This law has been changed 38 times so far and cost the American people billions of dollars so far...
I think the cost of this will be later on another blog.

Politics (now you will never read it;) bwahahahahaha)

Today I went to the El Paso County Republican Assembly to support a candidate running for Sheriff. I went not knowing for sure I would support him or not, John Anderson. He was the former Sheriff before our now infamous Sheriff Maketa (I'm a huge fan of Maketa - he stood up for our rights as Americans when others did not).
Sheriff Maketa was putting his name and reputation behind Anderson and not the front runner, Bill Elder.
I had a private conversation with Sheriff Maketa...then I met John Anderson.

Putting your name behind a candidate is a very personal thing to me.
Politics suck but I am a Mom and I care about the future for my children...so I'm going to CARE.
I'm going to read everything I can about those running for office.
If I can I want to meet them.

I know my friends get sick of seeing my political posts on Facebook..I don't mind. Maybe I can help one person realize the truth about a candidate and which might be suited best for a job. Maybe not even the candidate I support...but at least you go out their educated.
Ignorant people just don't know.
Stupid people know but ignore or dismiss.

I sorta liked Paul Ryan awhile back...and then...he put together the Ryan/Murray budget...BAM! No more respect from me. That was the biggest load of crap.

There will never be a candidate that fits all my criteria so I'm always gonna have to make concessions. (I'm a fiscally conservative Wiccan that is pro life (I don't believe in the death penalty either) and I'm pro gay marriage....I also don't care for the attacks on Christians of late. I believe in my constitutional rights and YOURS.)
Oh...and I'm anti drug...I'm a MOM with three Children! Of course I'm anti -drug.
So I'm not a Libertarian, a Republican, a Democrat...or any of the other political parties.
I'm an Independent in its truest form and I WANT to believe in someone....
...but I'm going to have to make a concession here and there, I know this.

When I share the information I share I want you to read it. Don't agree, fine. BUT CARE. Be nice. Use good matters (that's hard sometimes because ignorant people learn, stupid people will argue....stupid within any party).

John Anderson did not win the votes to make the ballot, Bill Elder did.
What do we do now?
Everything I have read and heard Bill Elder makes him NOT a great or even good choice. Some one tonight told me, "He won? I'm not voting for him."

Do we find an independent to run against Bill Elder?
I don't have money to put behind any candidate...all I have is the internet.
Do you even care?

The Governors race is coming up...2014 is going to be something...
Will you go to the ballot stupid? ignorant? or educated?

The following articles and/or videos are only half the problem...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nefN-QvOPXY

I heard a comedian (I can't remember who it was or I would give them credit)...
...Politicians should be like race car drivers... the politicans that receive big money should have to wear patches on their suits so we know who paid for their vote.

Gluten Free Buttermilk Pancakes

Something not political!!!

I have found I don't care for the 'mixes' you can buy of gluten free 'flour'...I like the brownies and cakes though.
I wanted to make Pancakes for my five favorite Children...my three and my 'Boy'-friends. One of the Children has Celiacs so we are very careful. One of the others has a life threatening allergy to all nuts...gluten/nut free I can do now. A lot of gluten free stuff is 'nutified'...
I'll have a few notes at the bottom...

I made it up as I went but wrote it down (small miracle)...

Mix Dry ingredients in large bowl

1 Cup tapioca starch
1 Cup brown rice flour
1 Cup sweet sorghum flour
2 Cups white rice flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Guar Gum
1 tsp Xantham Gum
8 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
4 Tbs sugar

In a seperate bowl mix the wet ingredients

1 quart buttermilk
4 eggs
1/2 Cup butter melted
2 tsp vanilla

When everything is ready pour the wet into the dry and stir...do not over stir.

Then cook your pancakes the way you regularly would but as with all gluten free batters it...different...you will need to spread them out a bit and you will not get pretty circles.
Makes enough to feed two 9 year old boys, one 10 year old boy and two 12 year old girls that love pancakes and one Mom. If you need to feed the Dad too...make some eggs to distract the boys a bit away from the pancakes.

Notes...
That's a lot of different flours I used. I know. You HAVE to have the tapioca starch for sure. As for the rice flours you probably could use one kind...I have no idea about the sweet sorghum flour...I figure it says 'sweet'....I should use about a cup;).
Guar Gum and Xantham Gum are not interchangeable but many recipes only call for one or the other....always use both. If a recipe calls for 2 tsp of Guar Gum use one of Guar Gum the other Xantham....it makes a difference.
They also require an acid to activate them. In these pancakes the buttermilk is the acid. When baking bread type recipes call for vinegar but you will get a tiny bit of a better flavor if you use lemon juice (not the kind you squeeze from a bottle, the kind you squeeze from a lemon).
You also should know you will have to take out an extra mortgage for the Gum's but you don't use that much and if you have someone with celiacs it's worth it so the family can have yummy things to eat and person with Celiacs will stay safe and healthy.

Also note Gluten Free baking is easy, fun and always a science experiment....I've thrown away some doozies!!!
It's usually not 'attractive' and it's lumpy looking...go for flavor.

Voting- The ACA...per another blog;)

Voting- The ACA

We all have reasons we vote for whom we vote...
We support life
We support choice
We support free stuff
We support workers rights

I could go on but as I said above we all have our reasons.
...but are your reasons reasonable or are you fooling yourself to think they are reasonable?

I'd like to take on those that support/ed the Affordable Care Act.

Firstly our Insurance Industry was crooked a disaster and often unfair. It needed to be overhauled for sure.
The ACA had(s) a really great part to it...something I support with my whole heart.
Those with preexisting conditions can not be turned down.

Now to be reasonable...with a clip for you to watch so maybe you will understand.

So...it comes down to ..."..you have to pass it to know what's in it..."
This is/was SERIOUS legislation that will change our nation...and "...you have to pass it to read it..."?!

Maybe I'm just pretending to be reasonable here but can you support (vote for) someone who voted for legislation..any legislation.

Would you like to look up your own incumbents and see how they voted? If they voted 'yes' I implore you to spread the word and perhaps say, 'maybe your just pretending to be reasonable' as to why they should not be voted in to office EVER again.

(Please read all the way to the bottom.)

This isn't ablaut Republican vs Democrat although when you look at the names and yeas and nays it might look like it.

The 2014 midterm election is coming up this November. The LAW that was passed has been changed (most likely illegally by President Obama and is going to court again).

The delays that the President has implemented are both after the the 2014 midterm elections and the 2016 elections.
Maybe I'm just pretending to be reasonable, but if you think your own elected official (if they voted 'yea') with out reading this legislation making it LAW will not effect you personally  I think you should start reading.

..and what they mean.
Ask yourself why all the sudden the Unions in all their might are 'frustrated' with the direction of the ACA.
This is not a problem with the left, the right, the independent....
This is an AMERICAN problem.

Everybody should be scared.

When do we become to scared to post a blog, a comment, text, speak on the phone…

The Obama administration is going un-checked and is out of control.
The main stream media have been targeted but still find excuses for the actions of President Obama and HIS administration…HIS choice of cabinet members…HIS choice to take NO responsibility for the actions of HIS administration.

This is going to sound ludicrous to some…but I’m sure the Germans that turned a blind eye to the Nazi’s actions also didn’t see what was coming and was truly going on. (I’m aware of the extreme comparison…)
…Our founding Fathers our turning in their graves!
Our Constitution and its Amendments are not only under attack but have been disregarded by our Government.

This IS how it starts.
Denial…
Persecution…
Excuses…
Monitoring…

When our country came under attack on 9-11 President Bush enacted the Patriot Act…
Would hindsight tell us that it was a BIG mistake?
If your answer isn't a big fat yes I have nothing to say to you...

I would like to see our past President apologize to US the American people…for enacting the Patriot act and giving that power to our now President who it seems does not like our country, our Constitution or Amendments and is SO ‘politically correct’ and unaware that terrorism is alive and well…he doesn’t think we should use the words ‘Islamic or Musilum terrorists’.

President Obama has made us impotent in the eyes of the world. He makes it seem he knows nothing of world politics and/or that we have enemies and who they are. Yes, we have enemies...

A little advice for our Dear Leader President Obama, you can not have diplomacy with out the power and might of the armed forces looking down on those that are stepping over bounds.
Syria...
Iran...
Ukraine...
Who's is the Leader at the moment that has stepped up to the plate to...use diplomacy to 'help out'?

I'll tell you who it is...
Vladimir Putin: former Colonel in the FSB/KGB, a man that made the position of Prime Minister the power position when he was the Prime Minister, the man the made 'President' the power position when he's the President...he just keeps switching it around. Russia is not a communist country in a true sense...it might be worse than that.
Russia is so overwhelmed with corruption it's comical..."if you haven't paid off that person in the last 30 minutes you can't trust them". Some times I think Putin is the head of the Russian Mafia...the Russian Mafia is a scary thing.

Vladimir Putin would like to take the USSR back...and all that it entailed.

Pray tell...????? If this is the new world order we need new leaders...

I'm not going into the details of money, oil rights, human rights, control over the media, persecution of those that oppose the Presidents views, lies told to the people...
Which country am I TALKING ABOUT? Either Or...you pick.
